Élis provides a limited warranty on all beauty products for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, or other external causes. It also excludes consumable parts, such as batteries and silicone components, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
To make a warranty claim, please contact our support team with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We may require you to return the defective product for inspection before a replacement or repair is issued.
If a valid claim is received within the warranty period, Élis will, at its option, either repair the product using new or refurbished parts or replace the product with a new or refurbished one.
Except as provided in this warranty, Élis is not responsible for direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory.
